Great, authentic food. We had Chopsticks cater four dishes for a party of 21 adults (17 of them are fully or partially Chinese). Everyone loved the food, especially the off-menu options of fish and ma po tofu. Ray was easy to work with. He helped make this special occasion a truly special one, including finding the right fish. The pick-up of the food went smoothly and easily. Thank you, Ray and staff!
Everything is always delicious and fresh made to order. Always Friendly atmosphere for the family. Always a very clean restaurant including the bathroom. If you want to try something new to eat try the specialty menu or ask for the daily deals. My favorite is the Onion oil chicken and the fried doughnuts and fried chicken. the steam dumplings too .

I loved the chicken in hot garlic sauce! We also had sesame and sweet and sour chicken, both were perfect! I used to work at a mom and pop Chinese restaurant for 4 years. That being said, I definitely have certain expectations when it comes to these dishes and their sauces. Overall, it was delicious. I will say that they really should just buy the dry hot mustard powder and mix it with a little bit of water!! It is a small, easy, extra step that is so much better, in my opinion. My other critique is that the few broccoli pieces that I got didn't seem to have been blanched in hot oil prior to being stir-fried in with the rest of the entree. This left the broccoli being just a little more raw than is to be expected, which allowed for it to have quite the bitter bite to it. Hit and sour soup and fried rice were good, although it came off as a bit bland to me. Nothing a little soy sauce couldn't fix, though. I would say definitely try this place out, though! Also...their tea was on point.

WOW! As someone who has lived in both Beijing and Tianjin, this food reminds me of home. Seriously phenomenal quality for the price and great portion sizes. 10/10 coming again. Support Waco small businesses. Tastes better than Panda Express and (college girls) you'll have leftovers for another meal for sure!!. Seating inside is small and it's not a place where "atmosphere" is the goal but the food is authentic and they were even able to accommodate me being gluten/dairy free!!!! Easy/fast for to-go orders as well (:
